To achieve wheelchair accessibility, I fully renovated a customer's bathroom, including tile flooring, a shower backsplash, oversize toilet, oversize entryway, new cabinetry, and updated lighting.

Our team is set to undertake a comprehensive renovation project, including a monster repaint, replacement of rotting hardy board facial soffit, and installation of new chain-link fencing. Additionally, we will replace a couple of AC units and install approximately 460 feet of new drip cap to ensure a 2-year no-leakage guarantee. The project will involve painting with two coats of Duration Satin. We will be working on about 47 units at the Wheeler Rd. executive buildings, a significant contract. I am confident that our work will meet OSHA standards.
