Have a contractor or builder who doesn't know what they are doing? Well, so did this customer. I was called in to fix and finish this new but very unsafe deck. From stringers not meeting any code on book to an unsecured ledger board (what connects to the house) the list goes on and on.

Please contact us to fix and finish any project where you see unsafe workmanship practices.

This will need all new decking, including both stair sections and landing. Deck will need to be secured and leveled. New 4x4s, 4x4 sleeves, added framing and supports.

This was a very fun and challenging project. After the original contractor was let go by the customers I was called in to fix and finish. We did everything from floor to finish on this project. I love how this kitchen Remodel turned out and am so grateful for being able to make this dream kitchen come to life! The colors are amazing and the customers wanted to do the finish paint work themselves, so I'm excited to get the finish pictures once complete.
