Forgot to post this couple weeks ago. but we had the pleasure of working for the McClellan Family doin a kitchen and laundry room remodel update. demoed the old floor tiles to the concrete subfloor, repairs original sink basin, squared up laundry upper cabinet, build new custom shelf cabinet to match laundry cabinet, full custom built washer/dryer base w surrounding cabinet and waterfalls butcher block top for folding that dreaded laundry. repainted the walls to match kitchen color, built customer floating island counters for a half wall from kitchen to dining room. finally replaced countertop and re-installed all existing appliances..

customer wanted to keep it old school and not modernize it like everybody else and I have to admit it looks better than expected.

Finished up some multi location cabinet installs using pre-existing materials (cabinet units & tops) for a commercial lab company in Solon, Oh. They asked for (2) - 15' lengths
(1) - 28' length (1) - 12' length & finally (1) - 9' length of cabinet set ups to wrap up our week of work.

Thank you to our wonderful customer Aimee Crane who reached out to us from a referral from a previous customer of ours. She dreaded the look of the front of her home and was embarrassed of it. We demoed it completely down and re framed everything adding new 6x6 posts on the corner and ends, new structure support headers, new deck framing, WT 5/4x6 decking boards, wrapped everything w AZEK finish material and installed TimberTech/AZEK new Canvas series T&G finished ceiling panel boards.
Personally I am in love w the new Canvas series material as well as the customer but this was a first time using the new product and pictures just don't do it justice.

We turned this front porch into a very welcoming and stable structure that our customer is over the moon happy w and can't wait to show off to everybody she knows who has been asking about the project since we started.
