GCC held our first safety meeting of the year, bringing our team together to align, refocus, and set the tone for another successful season. You could feel the pride radiating in the room as it was filled with employees that have been dedicated to GCC for 3 decades to first season hires!

At Geneva Construction, safety isn’t just a priority, it’s the foundation of everything we do. From the field to the office, every role plays a part in making sure we go home safe at the end of each day. These meetings are a chance to share lessons, reinforce expectations, and remind each other that looking out for one another is what makes this team strong.
