This Denver backyard got a serious reset.

What used to feel worn out and easy to ignore now feels clean, inviting, and ready to use. This custom ground-level deck was built with TimberTech Prime+ Dark Cocoa composite decking and fascia, a custom wedge corner step down to the existing concrete patio, and black TimberTech Fulton railing with a matching deck board top cap.

It is a great example of how a lower deck can still make a big impact — better flow, better finish, and a much better place to relax outside. Ground-level decks are a strong option for everyday outdoor living, including grilling, dining, and lounging.

This Parker project went from basic to beautifully finished

What used to be an older second-story setup is now a much cleaner, stronger, better-finished outdoor space with a custom TimberTech deck, a step-down stair landing, and a new concrete patio below that makes the whole backyard work better together.

This project features:

TimberTech Prime+ Coconut Husk decking
Sea Salt Gray fascia
TimberTech black Fulton railing
custom flat deck board top cap
8x8 laminated cedar support posts
Alaskan yellow cedar glue-lam drop beam
premium standard gray concrete patio below
stair landing with reinforced concrete using a #4 rebar steel cage

This Centennial project proves you do not need a huge deck to make a big impact.

We replaced a worn, tired old setup with a custom Fiberon Good Life Bungalow grade-level deck that carries into a garden-level deck area, added TimberTech black Fulton railing, and built a matching skirt with a hinged storage opening to keep the space clean and functional.

It’s the kind of project that shows how even a smaller deck can make a big difference in how a home looks and feels.

This Parker, Colorado project was a full refresh with a rebuilt second-story TimberTech deck and a custom stamped concrete patio underneath. The mix of Tuscan Villa decking, Sea Salt Gray fascia, and black Fulton railing turned out so clean on this one.

This Superior project was designed to add comfort without giving up the mountain view.

One of the smartest design choices on this Superior, Colorado project was building the roof structure high enough to help preserve the mountain views.

This custom grade-level deck was built with Deckorators Summit Cliffside decking, Deckorators Summit Boulder fascia, black Fulton metal railing, and a custom deck board top cap. We also built two custom stair sets, including a wider staircase that carries down to a flagstone landing.

The finished result feels clean, open, and built for how the homeowners actually want to enjoy the space.
