We recently finished this deck repair and remodel project for some wonderful people! Their old deck was almost never used because it was beaten by the sun daily. We repaired some old rotten wood and added a screened in porch with new fans and lighting to create a gorgeous new outdoor space they'll enjoy for years to come.

We just completed this patio and covered deck upgrade for some happy clients. Their original builder deck didn't have stairs and their patio was just a small 3x3 pad. This transformation was a major upgrade, especially the now covered deck since the back side of the house gets the most sun.
