Happy Home Owner Story!

With the weather getting colder, most of us have been running our heaters for a little while already, but it was not until last night with temps well below freezing that one of my clients needed to hit that heater on button! Until last year, they would have needed to run the heater weeks ago, but with new insulation in the attic, a few new windows, and some duct work repair, their home is now VERY cozy and MUCH more efficient!! It is not always hard to get great value out of some basic home improvement steps, feel free to ask me how you can make your home cozy for the holidays.

Need a bigger Kitchen, but can't add square footage to your home? No problem!

I have been talking to several people about the possibilities that their existing home has for a new kitchen and this project I designed and built a couple years ago has been very helpful for them to see what that transformation can accomplish. Without changing the existing footprint of the house we were able to take advantage of a new layout to not just update the house, but to actually make it feel much bigger. Running across these old pics of my first foundation pour really brought back some great memories. Back in 2000, I had an incredible opportunity to be able to design and build my first home in the subdivision of Paleface Ranch, right off of Highway 71. That house sparked the flurry of activity that has led me here. I can't be more grateful to all that helped me on that first project and all through the years to today. This foundation was designed by my late, great friend and mentor George Pulliam of Pulliam Engineering. What a start to my career as my own home builder.
