Our client wanted a porch build on a slab they had poured they did not want the porch to be attached to trailer by any needs just in case in a future they wanted to sell. We framed up porch and added metal sheeting they wanted. It was a great investment and now they have a big area for shade and to have party’s !

This home owner wanted to give his garage some storage space. We installed 6 wall cabinets and shelf’s on both sides of the garage. The right rise had more shelves in corner since they were going to have a refrigerator installed in left corner. We also installed bike racks.

The owner had a 30’ x 25’ existing deck but changed his mind and wanted it to be an addition. We continued the same pitch roof and extended framing out we also installed windows, plywood, siding , trim and doors. He also wanted tree posts for a different look in the interior we left ceilings vaulted in areas that were requested and in some we did regular ceilings for any exhaust fans etc.

Hotel Complex wanted to cover up AC Units with wooden fence. They also wanted a form of access to electrical panal required by code so we came up with this hidden door design. They also wanted a regular door.

Client wanted shower tub removed and replaced with walk in shower for mother to have easy access. We removed tub and framed wall, made it waterproof and started installing stone style tile. Stone tile has a very simple look to it but colors stand out once it gets wet.
