Clarksville Residence // Austin, Texas

Featured recently in Architectural Digest, Michael and Sarah Hsu’s Clarksville home offers a contemporary retreat honoring the historic Austin neighborhood fabric. A sculptural radial roofline glows softly at night, creating a lantern‑like presence on the street. Expansive glass facades fill the interiors with warmth and daylight, while heritage oaks anchor a central courtyard that blurs boundaries between inside and out. Roman brick, stucco, steel, terrazzo, and white oak lend timelessness, and curated art punctuates the home with bold, personal character.

Spring Quarter // Atlanta, Georgia

At Midtown Atlanta’s highest point, Spring Quarter redefines the workplace with 360° city views, Brutalist-inspired materials, and a soulful blend of indoor-outdoor living. From salvaged wood crafted into custom furniture to a sunken garden woven into the design, every detail invites warmth, texture, and connection—creating a curated, residential-scale experience that’s anything but typical.

Korman Fine Jewelry // Austin, Texas

Each display case was designed to reflect the artistry of the jewelry it holds. Conceived as a cohesive collection for both luxury jewelry and timepieces, the displays serve as the primary stage for these pieces to shine. Our intention was for all the various brands to have a distinct Korman voice, first and foremost, which speaks to the hospitality nature of their core values. The custom millwork, crafted by Casadevall Group, features hand-rubbed walnut, polished brass, and marble. Each element adds a material richness that feels both timeless and personal, setting the tone for the experience that awaits each guest.

Korman Fine Jewelry // Austin, Texas

Set beneath a canopy of oak trees on North Lamar, Korman Fine Jewelry’s new location reimagines the retail experience as one that feels like home. Guided by their “Celebrate Everyday” philosophy, the design reflects a brand built on connection, craftsmanship, and community. Drawing from Austin’s residential character, the space layers travertine, brass, and walnut with thoughtful precision. Views to Shoal Creek and softly filtered skylight create an atmosphere that feels both grounded and elevated. In every detail, the space honors the art of making and the joy of everyday moments.

Mason Residence // Mason, TX

At its core, this is a home designed to gather. It invites family in, allows guests to feel at ease, and carves out places for solitude. The home’s material palette includes native stone, finished and weathered steel, and warm woods. These materials draw from the surrounding terrain and the region’s heritage of hand-built structures. Each selection was made in conversation with the land, balancing permanence with softness.

Marfa Outpost // Marfa, Texas

In the heart of Marfa, what was once a roller rink and tire shop is now imagined as a creative retreat. will be a place to slow down, gather, and reset. The design draws from the building’s grit and the desert’s quiet pull—part artist’s hideout, part communal space. Open, honest, and made with simple materials that reflect the spirit of the place.

20 Years of Design: Artist & Maker Collaboration

Collaborating with artists invites us to see space differently. It challenges our assumptions about form and function, bringing unexpected textures, narratives, and layers of meaning into the built environment. These partnerships deepen the experience of place and allow architecture to resonate on a more human level.

Mason Residence // Mason, TX

Set along the banks of the Llano River, the Mason Residence honors a longstanding family legacy with a home that is both reflective and forward-looking. Rooted in the traditions of Hill Country ranch architecture, the design is quiet, humble, and deeply attuned to the land.

A floating roof structure spans both volumes, lifting lightly to reveal a continuous band of high windows that invites in views of the Hill Country sky. The roof’s sculpted profile features a flat top and an angled soffit beneath. This gives the illusion of a delicate canopy resting just above the house as it hovers over the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Radius Butcher and Grocery // Austin, Texas

Housed in a former East Austin restaurant, the utilitarian space is designed to support intuitive movement and human connection. The layout unfolds naturally, beginning with seasonal produce, moving through a working butcher counter, and concluding with curated pantry goods. A monumental butcher block anchors the space as both workstation and stage, grounding the room in the tactile rhythm of daily preparation and celebrating the craft of butchery. This is a local grocery rooted in time, place, and purpose.

Den at Wolf Ranch // Georgetown, Texas

The first of two amenity centers for residents of Wolf Ranch, the Den embodies a community-minded sense of place with an empathetic response to the landscape around it. This breezeway, which rises above a generous shed roof, leads to the project’s dual face: an all-glass facade along the back that overlooks a lavish, 100-ft negative-edge pool, which in turn foregrounds a panoramic Hill Country vista.
