People if your gonna stain your cabinets you must prep them before you stain them then make sure you seal them. These clients just bought a house. Looks like the previous tenants wanted to do an easy fix. It wipes right off with cabinet cleaner! Totally a waste of their time doing this. Most home buyers paint the kitchen first thing so not sure why the realtors make you paint them before you sell.
