Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
Creating custom designs for customers as well as sales estimates
Complete customer follow-up and lead customers through the sales process
Maximizing customer experience and satisfaction through attentiveness and personalization
Cultivating and retaining contractors and customers
Basic Qualifications:
Previous cabinet sales, installation, or manufacturing experience
Computer experience a plus
Must be organized and detail oriented
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills over phone, email, and in person
The ability to multi-task and problem solve
Self-directed and highly motivated
Showroom open Monday-Friday; sales personnel are expected to work a variety of hours in order to meet the needs of their customers and contractors. Pay includes base salary plus commission
