MFCCS is locally owned by Matt Fosdick, a native Austinite, who spent years working for corporations that owned and operated multi-family properties before starting his business in 2003. He is a general contractor who held corporate management positions that gave him the exposure to the many fac

ets of the remodeling/renovation industry that allow him to take on a wide array of projects. His vast expertise is of great benefit to his clients on projects that range from single or multi family residential properties to commercial properties including strip malls, mid-rises, condos and townhouses. The projects Matt will accept include, but are not limited to, the following. Interior: major home repairs, remodeling or renovations, including kitchen, bath, family and game rooms, studies, custom cabinetry, painting, flooring, room additions, conversions, lofts, second stories and garage conversions. Exterior: outdoor kitchens, patios, pergolas, gazebos, cabanas, awnings, shade structures, pools and pool decks, window and door upgrades, driveways, exterior painting, siding and roofing. Matt will meet with you to discuss the unique needs of your project and hear your ideas about how he can transform your living spaces into beautiful yet functional areas. He will then develop a detailed scope of work with customized specifications to meet your needs with respect for both budget and time frames. Acceptance of the scope of work will kick off the implementation of the plans. Professional sub-contractors will be a part of the project, but Matt is your single point of contact for materials procurement and delivery and communication with all team members. Started a new Air B and B project earlier the week, its going to be a awesome build as the ouster is a very savvy business person and has great vision.
