We have been in business for 15 years with our Austin location opening in 1996. Austin American Awning has been BBB accredited since 1999. Austin American Awning does both commercial and residential work. We also do trellis, architectural projects, parking structures, patio covers, canopies, and cabanas. We also have the ability to make your shade cover retractable (manual or electric). There are

several other awning companies in Austin Texas with "Austin" or "America" in their names. WE ARE The Original "Austin American Awning". Do not be fooled by imitators who even post photos of our work on their sites, some of the imitators also claim trade affiliations that they do not have. To all our customers and clients. We recently made a move to a new building in Lockhart, Tx. 319 S. Church Street, Lockhart, Tx. 78644. The new building is twice the size of our old location on E. Saint Elmo Road. We loved being in South Austin for the last 20 years, but we needed more space and we were not able to locate the amount we needed in South Austin. By doubling our size, we will be able to produce more projects and with new equipment, even some unique shade for you! We thank you for your continued support and look forward to working with you on future projects! If you come to our new location in Lockhart, we can walk to Smitty's BBQ and have lunch. At some point I will figure out how to change our address on Face Book.
