The renovation of this older shower tub space into a sleek wet room was a truly rewarding experience, featuring new Kohler plumbing, shower head, handheld sprayer, and rain head, plus a luxurious Bain Ultra bubble jet tub. Given my client's affinity for the color blue, I added a decorative blue tile wainscoting, paired with blue and white marble-look porcelain.

Very proud to share a few photos from a whole house remodel and update. We replaced all the hardwood floors with wide plank longer and lighter real wood. We gutted and remodeled the master bath. We gutted the kitchen and reworked the pantry layout, added new cabinets, switched out an electric stove for gas, but purchased a new frig, dishwasher and sink. We chose Taj ma Hal quartzite for the countertops and made them all counter height. Finally we gave the fireplace a refresh, adding a new facade, plus bookcases. Everyone is really loving the changes.

Another beautiful brick home transformation. We started with a new black roof then primed and painted. My client didn’t want white, grey, yellow or taupe, so we carried her interior selection of relaxed Khaki outdoors. Paints change drastically in natural light, so be sure a do samples before deciding. Even subtle differences make big differences when there’s a lot of surface to cover and lots of UV to factor in.
