Renovation after fire The resulting fire will take 6-9 months to fix. This page tracks the repair progress.

On April 13th, 2019, a large tree fell right where the power lines connect to the house, causing 440 volts to find any pathway it could fine (metal, water, wire).

Painting complete. Electricity connected. Next step: hook up AC.
Refinish floors. Bring back stuff.
