Great to get a call from a referral, we don’t cut corners and do everything straight up. Previous tech said it was “probably a TXV” lol (no such thing on these), and “may need a new system…” (like taking your car to get an oil change and they tell you, you need a new car) all the POS “sales techs” out there giving real techs a bad name… shame on you! Luckily this new client knows some ppl who know us, and know we will help them out! No BS, just straight forward, honest, and we aren’t the cheap guys, but do it right! And no, they don’t need a new system… at worst a coil replacement if leaky… we think it was an improper trim charge… some shady sales techs out there… best advice, if you need a Mitsubishi VRF specialist, go to Mitsubishi and ask them who is qualified and Diamond Elite contractor.

We really like the pura filter drain treatment, as it is non caustic, doesn’t emit fumes, safe for the coils, and safe for the awesome minis. We recommend one treatment in early spring and another mid summer.

Doing maintenance on a system I personally commissioned, know this bc we sign the stickers (for accountability), and yeah didn’t clip the zips, own that and make it right!… but it’s running like a champ! Always on the pursuit to perfection! All the little details and the products we use matter!

For our awesome Mitsubishi air-handlers we really like the AprilAire media filters The pleats sticking out just a bit and the seal on the access help prevent filter bypass.
