Custom Master Bathroom remodel.
Large subway tile shower with peeble stone floor. Rain head shower head and seperate hand held shower wand. Two recessed niche units for shampoo and conditioner bottles, soap and other shower necessities.
Custom shower glass installed by Phil Webb at Clear Choice Glass. Double vanity with linen tower. Quartz countertop installed by BCI Granite. Pull out grooming station with outlets for hair dryer and hair straightener. Shiplap accent walls. New vanity lighting and round mirrors. Relocated laundry room adjacent to Master Bathroom with custom mirrored door and butcher block folding shelf.

Update on most recent outdoor living project:
Complete backyard renovation.
Inground pool was existing but added on a sunledge and had new liner installed.
Installed 2nd level sitting area with retaining walls covered with Quartz natural stone veneer, capped with Black Limestone and LED accent lighting. Stair treads also Black Limestone with LED accent lighting.
Custom open gable barn beam and barn wood covered roof over Tigerwood deck.
Custom barn tin BBQ bar with Napolean natural gas grill and drawer/storage unit supplied by Gary Jones at Youngstown Propane in Boardman.
Custom barn beam and barn wood covered sunken porch with custom barn tin bar. Back bar wall is recycled semi truck trailer oak flooring.
All of the granite on the BBQ bar and sunken patio bar were installed by BCI Granite in Austintown, Oh.
All new stamped, colored and tiqued concrete installed by Jim DiMuzio from Koncrete Dezign.
Sandstone bordered fire pit and various sandstone boulders throughout project are from Joe's Sandstone in North Lima, Oh.
Custom craftsman style pool house/shed.
Black standing seam metal roof installed by Andrew at WalnutCreek Metals.
Custom black metal fence posts and frame Bamboo fence.
Sunken Tigerwood sun deck near pool for daybed and lounge chairs.
All new landscaping including Riverbirch trees and Gold Mop and Hinoki Cypress shrubs and various grasses including various types of rock mulch and LED accent lighting.
New synthetic grass and putting green installed by Jim Leone from Penn-Ohio Foreverlawn.
Custom barn beam pavilion over cooking firepit (barn tin roof coming soon).
Many special unique finishing touches have gone into this project with many more to come.

Still to be completed:
Boulder grey siding on entire house, custom waterfall into pool, Quartz stone veneer on rear brick of house.
Fireplace with pizza oven at back of pavilion.

Latest kitchen remodel completed. New cabinets, crown molding, countertops and backspalsh. Shout out to Rhonda and Phil Bowser from BCI Granite for doing a great job on installing the Quartzite countertops.

Another kitchen remodel completed. All new flooring, removed wall to open up kitchen and dining room, new cabinets, granite countertops, backsplash and accent lighting.

Complete house remodel. New stone fireplace with gas log insert, all new bamboo flooring, new kitchen cabinets, new handrail around basement opening, custom master bath shower and 2nd new bathroom
