Day 2 of our Great Game of Business® training was a success in Huron!

Our team spent the day learning, collaborating, and gaining a deeper understanding of how every role contributes to Willoway’s success. Through hands-on activities and engaging discussions, employees explored the power of open-book management and the impact of working toward shared goals.

Today, our team came together for a company-wide Great Game of Business® (GGOB) training day—an opportunity to strengthen our understanding of how every role contributes to Willoway’s success.
