Several of my clients who have a Fluent security system have had their CO detectors reach the end-of-life this week. I know from them Fluent is very hard to get out for service so if you experience this I can actually swap the unit for you and program it back into the system so it is still monitored. New detector cost is $113 plus labor, which will depend on how many of the units you have.

We just built a dry wet bar in our den (we don’t drink, but everyone we know does so 🤷🏼‍♂️), and Alii did the painting. All this detail work, tiny corners, up on a ladder to get to the top. I just figured I would share this because I think it’s so rare these days to find companies and individuals who truly care about their customers. As many of you know my Mother passed away last week. I had switched over both our alarm systems over to KMT Systems, Inc. just 2 months ago. I had reached out to my sales rep Carissa several days ago right after her death regarding the alarm. Today though she sent me this text, and it really did mean a lot to me that someone that was just doing their job remembered one of their hundreds of customers and checked in on me. KMT Systems has been a great company to do business with and has earned my business for life. Reach out to them if your in the market for a Security Sysyem and ask for Carissa!

My family has suffered much loss over the past week—first my partner’s grandmother passed, and now my mother has passed unexpectedly.
