Made a big pot of Chicken & Sausage Cheesy Alfredo for the youth group tonight at One One Accord Ministries 7-9

I put that The Pot Licker Secret All-Purpose Seasoning to work along with Simple Trinity Seasoning, and this came out 🔥

Always love supporting another small business and putting good Louisiana seasoning to use in the kitchen.

30 LBS OF SMOTHERED CHICKEN!

For this big batch, I used:

• 30 lbs chicken
• 6 onions
• 6 bell peppers
• Simple Trinity Seasoning
• Garlic powder
• Cajun seasoning
• 1/2 cup Cornstarch + water to thicken that gravy

Cooked it all down until that chicken was tender and that gravy was thick, rich, and full of flavor! 🔥

Simple ingredients. BIG flavor. And yes… 30 lbs of chicken definitely requires a BIG pot! 😂

Thanks to One Accord Ministries again for the opportunity to help feed some youth, can’t wait to do it again!

Tonight, Simple Trinity Seasoning is blessed with the opportunity to prepare a meal for the youth group at One Accord Ministry.

We’re not just bringing food to the table tonight—we’re coming together for fellowship, encouragement, and a good Word from Gavin Bellanger

There’s something powerful about young people sitting together, sharing a meal, listening to God’s Word, and encouraging one another.

We’re grateful to be able to serve and be a small part of what God is doing through this youth group.

Praying that tonight’s meal fills their stomachs, Gavin’s message fills their hearts, and that every young person leaves encouraged and reminded of how much they are loved. 🙏

🦀 HOT & CHEESY CRAB DIP 🧀

The perfect party appetizer! Creamy, cheesy, loaded with lump crab meat, and seasoned with Simple Trinity Seasoning Blend for extra flavor.

✨ Ingredients
🦀 1 lb lump crab meat
🧀 8 oz cream cheese, softened
🥄 ½ cup sour cream
🥄 ½ cup mayonnaise
🧀 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
🧀 ½ cup shredded mozzarella
🧀 ¼ cup grated Parmesan
🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
🥄 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
🦀 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning/liquid boil
✨ 1 tsp Simple Trinity Seasoning Blend
🌶️ ½ tsp smoked paprika
🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
🔥 Optional: Hot sauce to taste

👨‍🍳 Directions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F.
2️⃣ Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire, lemon juice, Old Bay, Simple Trinity Seasoning Blend, garlic, and hot sauce until smooth.
3️⃣ Gently fold in the cheeses, and crab meat.
4️⃣ Spread into a baking dish and top with a little extra cheddar and Parmesan.
5️⃣ Bake for 25–30 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and golden.
6️⃣ Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!

🥖 Serve with toasted baguette slices, crostini, crackers, or tortilla chips.
