We are a growing, high quality paint company looking for motivated employees
Responsibilities will include:
Preparing surfaces by power washing, scraping, sanding using commercial paint removers, filling cracks and holes.
Applying paint using proper techniques for maximum coverage and minimum waste.
Replacing siding and trim
Working on ladders
Maintaining equipment.
Daily and end of the week cleanup of jobsite
Record keeping of jobsite tasks
Maintaining safe work procedures by erecting scaffolds, ladders, and safety barriers according to prescribed protocols.
Having correct materials on site
Must be able to follow directions
Qualifications �needed:
2 years minimum experience.
Have a driver’s license and car
Able to communicate with people in a kind and courteous manner.
Strong attention to detail.
Good eye for detail and color.
Self-motivated; self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.
Adherence to company, customer and government policies, safety and quality policies and standards.
Must pass drug screen and have references.
