It's not to early to think about Fall aerating and over seeding. Because of the very high price we found lawn companies are charging for the service we invested in a small commercial aerator and will be offering the service this Fall. We will have limited spots since we offer the service in the afternoons and weekends. Provide us with a legitimate quote from your lawn service company and we will beat it by up to 20% or more. Give us a call at 703-581-2921. Because our aerator is a small commercial equipment, our service is limited to community residential lawns. If things go well, we may invest in a larger one next year.
