I'll be at the first Baker City Farmers Market downtown June 5th, 3-6:30 pm. Need some outdoor succulents and sedums? Drought tolerant and winter in Eastern Oregon~~Stop by and check out the hypertua, cedar and basket planters. Need succulents to plant your own containers? I'll have those available also.

Hypertufa's history is just as creative as its creation. It dates back to the early 1880's wherein in England they used it to replace water troughs that were heavy to move to other places for their animals. The Englishman thought of It really was an ingenious creation. It shows that even in that century, people were looking for alternatives to have something that was inexpensive and at the same time useful and could certainly help them in their everyday living.

Available at the Baker City Farmer's Market this Wednesday. One of a kind hypertufa planters, baskets and cedar boxes filled with drought tolerant succulents and sedums! They have all wintered outside in Eastern Oregon.
