This is our personal kitchen after a flood around Thanksgiving when we were away from the house. Obstacles to this on-going journey continue to include a full-time job, over-time to purchase materials, a four month fight with insurance (thankfully resolved), handbuilt cabinetry from the garage, and concurrently attending a hybrid/self guided paramedic school online. I keep telling myself "slowly but surely" everytime I come home from work and swap the batteries in my tools to start again where I left off the couple days prior. Its a relief to finally see something that once again is beginning to resemble a functional kitchen.

Retrofit flushmount canless lights; turn any dim dungeon into a lively space. Also added a fan mount and switched power for the home owner to install a fan at a later time.

Have a home built with fluorescent can lights? Specifically in the kitchen or walkways? Do you have bulbs that won't light, or immediately burnout when you replace the bulb? It's probably your ballast in the can itself. Save some money on your pge bill and really brighten up your kitchen and walkways by swapping out your expensive fluorescent bulbs for leds!

Plan was for a square grid of pictures, however with nothing square or symmetrical about the space, a half offset pattern was the go-to.
