We are looking forward to breaking ground on the new Springhill Suites by Marriott in Grover Beach, CA. Exciting things are coming soon!

🏢 Beach is happy to announce that construction of the highly anticipated Springhill Suites by Marriott hotel will start this month! The hotel will be located at 950 El Camino Real, just east of the Five Cities Drive / North 4th Street intersection.

The City Council approved the project in 2007, and the project site has since undergone several design iterations. In 2021, the Excel Hotel Group acquired the property and has been working closely with City staff to see this development come to fruition.

🔨The construction phase is expected to take around 18 months. Once finished, visitors will have another great option to enjoy the beautiful central coast and all the attractions Grover Beach offers.

On Friday we attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Learning Resource Center at Bakersfield College's Delano Campus. Klassen's Architecture team designed the facility and construction is officially underway! We're excited to see this one come to life!
