Since that time Sweaney has been very active in the Kern County workplace, establishing itself as one of Central California’s premier painting contractors. We expanded into the commercial metal studs & drywall market in 1998, then the commercial lath & plaster market in 2002. We started working with EIFS systems in 2008 & became a certified EIFS installer by the AWCI (association of walls & ceilin
