Carpenter must be multi skilled & able to perform numerous dutys such as demolition, framing, plumbing, Hvac, minor electrical, Drywall, taping,siding, roofing, windows just to name a few. Must be capable of handling both small & large jobs from demo to trim stage with minimal supervision, familiar with materials ordering in a timely manor, meeting deadlines, time management, keeping daily time/materials logs, ability to communicate well with customers & others, lead a small crew, estimate changes/add ons, be safety orientated.. Must Have full pouch with necessary basic hand tools, knowledge of all power tools/equipment & maintenance of such.. Most work Is within 60 miles of marshall area altho some travel is required. Must be ambitious, self driven & confident in his/her work & most of all take pride in & enjoy the work
