Over the years I have found the word "simple" is never a wise word to describe any task. Whether hanging curtains or building a floating deck there is always unseen variables that could and do happen. But simplicity of style is a phrase I use often. And I love the outcome of this one. Clean lines. Perfect layout. Alot of fun.
On to the next one.

Smaller jobs really are what i like most.
Maybe its just some water damaged trim boards on a bay window that has you feeling down. That is perfect for me. Give me a shout and we can figure it out.

I absolutely enjoy building fence. The simplicity of the 4ft picket fence. And one of the straightest privacy fence ive ever built.
If I had to pick 1 thing to do every day, it would be fence.

Being a small company (mostly a 1 man show) i dont take on alot of larger projects. But I am sure glad I took on this one. Cedar ontop of cedar toned. And it looks awesome.

This one the homeowners had an unused soaker tub removed from the corner of the bathroom. New countertops and a new shower unit installed. I wired in for a new mirror, changed an exhaust vent and fixtures, patched sheetrock and painted and laid a little 12x24 tile. Oh, and put together an Ikea cabinet and installed.

Its the choices for material that really set this one apart. I hung the floating shelves and grouted/finished it off. Homeowners set the tile themselves. And it turned out soo kool. I love the flat black outlets and switches. This one really came together.
I dont mind taking on smaller more collaborative jobs. I love seeing different minds work together to complete fun and different looks.

This one started out as a redecking and changing the handrail. After some framing issues and a little more wood rot than was expected. I raised and straightened out deck. Rebuilt stairway into home. Replaced a couple of bowed post. Replaced majority of skirting.
And I believe it turned out awesome.
Great job for a couple of great customers.

A fence rebuild I'm wrapping up. 7 panel sections, 1 gate and 5 posts we replaced. Kind of fun when working on something not exactly ordinary. An awesome build for a great community.
