June is PRIDE MONTH! 🌈 Nature teaches us that diversity is to be celebrated! We are proud of and actively advocate for our children, friends, loved ones and EVERYONE who chooses to color outside the lines and live outside the box (every day, all year long).
It is simple basic human decency to protect the rights of ALL people, to encourage them to be fully themselves, to love whomever they desire, and to refer to them however they wish to be referred to.
Love is Love is Love. Unconditionally.

Full Blue Moon Blessings!!

A Blue Moon isn’t actually blue. It’s simply the name given to a rare extra full moon that doesn’t fit neatly into our usual calendar. Maybe that’s why so many people have attached meaning to it over the years.
🌕
Tonight, the Blue Moon has come to symbolize second chances. Not because the past can be rewritten, but because life has a funny way of offering us another opportunity to become who we were meant to be. A chance to plant the seed we were too afraid to plant. To make the phone call. To start the garden. To say the words. To forgive ourselves for taking the long way around.

Nature never rushes. The forest doesn’t apologize for winter. The trees don’t quit because they lost their leaves. Everything gets another season.

Maybe that’s the lesson.
If there’s something you’ve been putting off, something you’ve convinced yourself is too late, look up tonight. The sky is putting on a rare reminder that some of the most beautiful things in life happen outside the schedule we imagined for them.

Happy International TEA DAY! ☕🫖🌿
Did you know TEA is likely the world’s oldest beverage? ☕🫖🌿 Numerous studies have shown that a variety of teas may boost the immune system, fight off inflammation, and improve overall wellness.
👉 TIPS for Excellent Tea:
☕🫖🌿 Use high quality loose herbs: Use organic whenever possible – you don’t want to drink pesticides! Use herbs which look, smell and taste vibrant (not stale or old).
☕🫖🌿 Use filtered water: Tap water contains chlorine, fluoride & pharmaceutical contaminants. If you don’t use a filter, you ARE the filter.
☕🫖🌿 Use non-reactive materials: Reactive materials like aluminum or copper can interact with herbs to create a potentially toxic beverage. Use glass or stainless steel.
☕🫖🌿 Steep for the right time: Black, White, or Green tea all come from the Camellia sinensis plant and need to be strained in 3 to 4 minutes. HERBAL TEAS (all others) need to steep at least 20 minutes to extract the beneficial constituents into the water. All teas need to be covered while steeping.
