We teamed up with PV Renovation Group on this deck up grade. We are adding a roof on each side of the top deck the top deck will get an under deck system this combination will create a dry space. We are also upgrading the handrail to a new hogwire panel rail system then screening in the middle under roof section. We also are digging out all of the support post and cutting them off before putting a new concrete footing and a metal post bracket on each post to get them out of the dirt and attached properly to the concrete. This is adding a ton of strength and longevity to the deck. This is going to be an awesome outdoor space for the client. Let us know if we can help you with something similar.
