Just wrapped up this full man cave game room renovation masterpiece.
To help with quieting down sound beyond the room, the ceiling underside was laminated with soundproofing board and open ceiling bays sprayed white to retain visual height.
Full electrical outlet relocation and additional outlets installed.
Room entrance-way with custom double door. A furnace room partition wall with door and existing beam support post boxed out for a seamless wall.
"Hidden look" frameless closet door for the media wall complete with it's own base moulding for an existing plumbing service/storage closet.
A recessed area was a perfect space for a new closet with double bi-fold doors and custom wood shelving.
The beautiful overall look was complete with white carrera marble epoxy floors, dark charcoal walls over satin gray doors, wall color base mouldings and gray accent wall.
The icing on the cake was the new 98" TV installed!
Rob was extremely happy with his new space that was brought to life and can now be truly enjoyed!

A plumbing pipe leak behind a basement wall quickly turned into a large area where sheetrock needed to be patched after an old drain pipe was replaced with PVC.
The uneven cutouts by the plumbers were corrected, unsupported sheetrock seams were backed with wood, patched up, spackled and dustless vacuum sanded, primed and painted to match the entire area.

Just like with his full 2nd floor reno done by myself, Mr. Tom was super happy with the quick, neat and efficient job that only took two and a half days in total!
When a customer says they would never let anyone else step foot into their house to do work means everything!

The mirror door of this existing his and hers matching custom medicine cabinet decided to snap from its hinge and fall to the ground hitting the home owner and cracking the mirror.
What appeared as a seemingly simple fix at first turned into quite a project where custom work was the only option.

New custom size and beveled mirror was made to order and laminated to it's water sealed wood backing complete with new riveted in pivot hinges and custom safety teather installed to help prevent a potential future personal injury.
The final product fit and finish was perfection and John and Danielle we're more than pleased with the job.
I replaced a leaky running toilet fill valve with a new one while I was there also.

This condo had a big and low non-load bearing header and stub wall between the dining area and living room that the customer wanted removed and made to look like it was never there to open up the space.
Job done complete with demo, sheetrock, spackle, crown, chair rail, box out and base mouldings, painting, oak floor splice and stain!
Maryanne was overjoyed with the final results!

This mirrored built-in LED boarder light medicine cabinet replaced an old broken medicine cabinet. Demoed the existing cabinet, wood framed in for the new cabinet's smaller opening and made a picture frame plastic composite board to cover the gap of the larger existing opening.
Slipped the cab right in, caulked and wired up the lighting.
Also installed a new laundry room utility sink faucet for them.
The final product was picture perfect and the customers were more then happy with the results 👌🏼

Outlet added in a walk-in closet off of the hallway light switch for a watch winder box
Large ceiling LED lighting fixture installed
Huge 5ft 12 blade smart fan for the outside porch and new wall switch control installed.

This bathroom refresh got a beautiful new clear shower door with brushed nickel hardware, complete tub area and tile floor grout removal and reinstall, broken soap dishes replaced with three additional added on opposite wall, all existing corner caulking removed and replaced.

New & upgraded electrical fixtures can have a big aesthetic impact on a space along with much improved and efficient lighting, especially this kitchen that had a small ceiling fan that was no longer operating correctly. The ceiling fan was taken down and replaced with this beautiful 4 ft LED light along with an LED dimmer switch. An old exterior flood light with a side outlet that no longer worked was deleted and covered. Flood light replaced with a new LED unit and existing board all painted up to match 👌🏼

Small openings in shower/bath fixtures not properly caulked and years of grout water exposure can both turn into water seepage damage behind tiles and the floor below.
This will make tiles loose and sheetrock or other tile backer board start to deteriorate. A seemingly small tile repair can be quite a job as to not break them during removal, chipping off old hard grout and glue off of each tile, and the condition of the backer board is very important for secure tile reinstallation.
This tile repair came out perfect and should prove water resistant for years to come 👌🏼

A second floor, 3 bedroom mother-daughter received a much-needed renovation and facelift. A dividing wall was taken down and a door closed up to make two bedrooms into a huge master bedroom. New sheetrock and spackle where needed, crown, window casing and wall base moldings installed, complete paint job, old kitchen cabinets demoed out and new cabinetry, counter and sink installed along with a brand new beautiful kitchen floor.
This was truly an amazing transformation and Mr. Tom was beyond the moon happy with the final results!! 💯👌🏼💪🏼😁

Sometimes we're not in a position to spend $25k to $50k plus on a full kitchen renovation.
This is the result of resurfacing existing cabinetry and walls with new paint, all new hinge and k**b hardware and some updated cabinets and center island in a contrasting color to complement the space with additional storage and counter space.
Some newer appliances can even be added from the cost savings budgeting vs a full renovation. Transformation is night and day and can also brighten up the space with just natural window light. 🌞😁
