As a customer service rep, the employee will be responsible for assisting individuals looking to purchase replacement parts for appliances. The right applicant needs to be personable and willing to learn.

Work hours: Monday thru Friday from 8am-4pm. NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS!

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers at counter
- Ask pertinent questions to help identify correct replacement part for appliances
- Research appropriate part number based on make/model
- Ring up orders and collect payment
- Answer incoming calls regarding appliance parts
- Take telephone orders
- Answer emails from customers
- Pull, Pack and Ship orders

Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated to learn
- Ability to thrive in busy, fast paced retail and warehouse environment
