Official Response from Suggs Professional Painting:
There are currently false accusations being made from what appear to be fake accounts claiming that I took a deposit and “ran off with the money.” Let me be very clear — there was never a deposit made.
All invoices and payments for Suggs Professional Painting are processed through PayPal, which also charges a transaction fee and keeps a record of every payment. There is no record of any deposit from Kimberly Berends or anyone connected to these claims.
If a payment had actually been made, there would be a PayPal invoice and transaction record. If someone truly believes money was stolen, the proper step would be to contact their bank, PayPal, or local law enforcement so the transaction could be verified.
Making false accusations and creating accounts to spread misinformation about a small business is considered defamation and will not be taken lightly. Suggs Professional Painting keeps records of all transactions and will pursue the appropriate steps to protect our business and reputation if these false claims continue.
