Middle of the job in Chevy Chase and Jordan and Alex are moving.

70 feet of drainage going in, sump pump systems set, and full wall sheeting underway. This is where everything comes together and you start to see the system take shape.

It’s a process, but every step matters when you’re building something that’s meant to last.

This basement is getting the full treatment with 70 feet of drainage, sump pump systems, and full wall sheeting to keep things dry from the ground up.

Start to Finish in Baltimore 🔧

Mike and the crew took on this one from the ground up — installing 28 feet of drainage, adding protective wall sheeting, completing 4 crack repairs, and finishing it off with a pit and pump system to keep everything dry and protected.
Every detail matters when it comes to keeping water out, and this one is built to last.

Final walkthrough at our West Baltimore job and this one is officially a wrap.

This crawl space got 18 feet of drainage, a full tie-in, and a stairwell drain to make sure water has one place to go and it’s not back into the home. Clean, efficient, and built to last.

Another space protected. Another homeowner with peace of mind.

Finished up in Overlea ✅

Mike and the team knocked out 30 ft of drainage, installed a new pit and pump system, and added a stairwell drain to fully protect this home from water intrusion.
Clean, efficient, and built to last. Another basement ready to stay dry no matter what comes its way.

New job kicking off in Overlea 👊

Mike and the crew are on site getting started on a 30 ft drainage system, along with a pit and pump and a stairwell drain to make sure this basement stays dry from every angle.

As always, we’re starting by opening up the floor and getting everything prepped the right way. It’s not the pretty part, but it’s the part that makes all the difference.

From breaking concrete to a clean, protected system—Mike and the team got it done in Randallstown.

This 58 ft job started with opening the floor and removing all debris to make way for a full interior drainage system. Once prepped, we installed a sump pump system to keep water moving out and away where it belongs. To finish it off, we added full wall sheeting to guide any moisture directly into the system and keep the space dry and protected.

Another Randallstown basement, handled the right way from start to finish.
