Forty-plus years in this industry have a way of changing your perspective.
You begin to realize that the most valuable lessons rarely come from the equipment or the products. They come from the buildings you've worked in, the people you've worked alongside, and the decisions that only experience can teach.
You learn that listening usually leads to better recommendations than assuming. You discover that the smallest details often have the biggest influence on the finished result, and that no two buildings should ever be approached as though they're the same.
Most importantly, you come to understand that trust isn't built when the project is finished. It's built throughout every conversation, every recommendation, and every decision leading up to it.
People may never remember who restored the floor beneath their feet, but they'll remember how the space welcomed them, supported them, and continued to serve its purpose for years to come.
For us, that's always been the standard worth working toward.
