So when this year came, I called them and gave a great quote. They replaced some boards and even came back afterwards to touch up a few places. They were excellent to work with and price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend!"

Our Story

After graduating from The University of South Carolina with a Bachelors in Economics in December of 2016, I moved to the mountains of Vail, CO. I was hired at Vail Resorts Signature club, Vail Mountain Club, working in guest services. This is where I began to master the art of customer service, in addition to understanding the importance of providing customers with nothing short of the best treatment.

I was driven to make this winter hiatus more than a one time thing. Hours and hours were spent brainstorming business ideas. Looking for something seasonal that I could do back home where I grew up. Without much capital and a love for the outdoors, entering the Power Washing Industry seemed like a perfect fit. Black Diamond Power Washing was inspired by the slopes of the Rockies. Black diamond slopes are for “Experts Only” We have quickly become Baltimore’s Rooftop Deck Experts throughout the past two Summers.

We specialize in deck maintenance and restoration. However, our biggest goal is to blow away every client with the customer service they receive. Many contractors out there have a dumpy reputation to be frank. We aim to be the Chick fil A of the Maryland’s Power Washing Industry. Our communication with clients is second to none in the contractor world. I’m a millennial with the iPhone attached to my hip, you can always count on a fast response.
