Been busy the last month at K&C Home Improvements. The crew just finished up this little project. The customer called and asked if we could set the tile for them because they had injured their back while trying to finish the project themselves, so we stepped in and helped them out while they had a chance to heal. Customer called stating they needed a shower repair, upon investigation the previous owners had tiled over dry wall and the tub wasn’t properly sealed. Water had leaked behind the tile causing the dry wall to rot out. The drywall failed and lead to a hole in the shower wall. The owner decided to redo the shower portion of the bathroom. With the help of the owner vision we were able to put together this nice subway tile pattern shower for them. Let us know how we can help you!

This week the crew had the pleasure of bringing this kitchen a little light. Took the dark color and flipped it to a nice cream color to match kitchen cabinets and Bring light to the space. Just a fresh coat of paint can bring life back to a space. Give us a call or send us a message!

Few projects the crew completed this week, customer gave us a call with water damage to their kitchen ceiling from ice dams on the roof. The ice dams where cleared and the problem area was repaired. We removed the damaged drywall and replaced it with new drywall. Customer wanted to add something different to the ceiling so we decided to add some ship lap to dress things up and finished off with a low profile crown molding. Next to jobs the crew installed some new flooring to two separate customers homes. Simple install of new floor can bring new life to your space.
