Got a real nice unexpected card in the mail today….from Brigadier General Diane Dunn,
Not sure how she heard about our good deed but it sure was nice of her to acknowledge the crew.

Today we had a chance to be a part of something that made us all feel good…. A good friend, longtime client, and someone I consider a mentor asked if we could help out a 93-year-old veteran with a new set of stairs.

We jumped at the opportunity, with the help of Doc Goodwin at Maine Veterans Project, MVP, were able to get Hammond Lumber to graciously donate all of the materials, and we donated all of the manpower and tools to get this done.
New landing and stairs and hauled old ones away.

It feels good to see my fairly young crew jump in and be happy to help this man who sacrifice for his country and our freedom… Mr Hinckley was very grateful, loves to tell stories and has a smile in his face every minute of the day.

The flag he displays over this entryway flew over Washington DC on his 90th birthday!

He promises to try to outlive this new platform and stair set. I hope he does.❤️🇺🇸

Been working on this “she shed” for my amazing wife of 26 years….id say she diserves it 😏 Our sons helped me get started on Mother’s Day Outside finally finished.
Sawed all the siding, posts, beams and roof boards myself… IPE decking
Mathews Brothers windows
Spray foam in the rafters
Gonna be “real nice Clark”
