Well I’m terrible at taking the before pictures but as always this apartment was down to the studs moved a couple walls new sub flooring through out all new drywall top to bottom complete new bathroom just finishing up the kitchen and hard woods floors today and moving on to the trim work and this one will be ready to rent

Another project close to completion started as a quick little update that turned in to a total rehab starting with the floor system that was just to far gone to keep so we installed new stringers on the entire first floor new electrical system on first floor new plumbing through out the house enlarged he bathroom downstairs to include a shower and a little more moving room new drywall through out the whole first floor with new insulation on the first floor insulated the Attic new doors and windows to make it more energy efficient soon to come a new kitchen floors are going in now just waiting to wrap this one up to move on to the next huge shout out to Spencer plumbing and heating for the new system they put in and A&A property management and electrical for the wiring and light that they did truly blessed to have a crew that is dedicated to Quailty work and craftsmanship

Just finished up this basement in Hermon expanded the original bathroom size and added a shower new floors through out matched trim work to the upstairs with built out wainscoting and new set of steps to match the upstairs as well
