I never understood why so many reps were put in throughout my development in life. Receiving this overwhelming thank you today reminded me why reps matter.

I love the phrase “at bat“ because that is the next one shot I get.

Type O mortar is used in historic home settings to point brick. Type O is a softer product, allowing the transfer of moisture out of the building as the brick heats. This is very important, especially with freeze & thaw climates such as Maine.

Took a gamble and went with my instincts on our distressed asset rebuild with the shakes.

The goal was to get the built-up residue off, leaving the gray undertones and then to apply a diluted, smoky gray color oil tying back into the undertones.

A series of oversized windows and doors on the back with a greenhouse connected into the rear entrance.

Oversized screen timber porch, feeding into the kitchen and music studio and additional decks off into the backyard by a fire pit.

This week after work I’ve been painting Satin white on our home trim. Also began test cleaning the shakes with success....

This week after work I’ve been painting Satin white on our home trim. Also began test cleaning the shakes with success. Excited to recondition and seal them. Blitzing to get all of the doors and window exterior work wrapped up before mid Fall. Sarah and I have worked hard growing our marriage, family, and business full of almost unachievable adventures and goals achieved. Shoot for the moon and hit the stars. What a climb w/ my Best Friend.

LOUD AUDIO WARNING… Some room designs pull more out of us building the concept. This room is an oversized hallway, connecting the laundry room with the front entrance and also the kitchen. Making the use design more challenging is a traditional back patio slider. We will convert it to a full three section folded door with deployable screen when open. Future oversized screen porch will allow this space to be a live music jam, flowing out to several decks beyond the screen porch.
