Clear Solutions Home Care, LLC Established in 2006, our small family business celebrates 20 years of business in the High Country! She is also a Notary Public.

We're proud to offer residential window and gutter cleaning, pressure washing, small remodels and repairs, gutter work, and roof cleaning. Justin Mattar (Owner) is a Watauga County native while Melissa Mattar (Office Administrator) is an Avery County native. They both have a strong work ethic along with a love for the outdoors that they enjoy sharing with their two boys. Growing up in small towns

helped them both to develop a sense of community. They started their small family business in 2006 in order to serve the growing community and to support their growing family. Justin worked on volunteer construction projects, was certified in mold remediation, learned professional window cleaning and gutter cleaning, and also worked under a licensed plumber and electrician for many years prior to starting his own business. Melissa worked in banking and later bookkeeping prior to becoming the office administrator for Clear Solutions Home Care, LLC. They are inspired daily by their two growing boys to continue learning and sharing their knowledge with the community.
