Searching for a residential framing crew that would like to bid on a house I am putting numbers together on in Townsend. Earthwork will start this spring so it is likely a May start for framing.
Scope is framing and Roof installation, zip wall system for walls and roof. No Building Wrap, Frame it, Sheath It, Install windows and doors along with flashing tape. I have siding and cornice covered but open to bids for that work as well. Standing seam, with raised rib roof panels. I will cover the materials, just need bids on labor with Fastners included.
