We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and responsible landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate would be comfortable operating lawn maintenance equipment also knowledge of bobcat, skid loader, excavator equipment would be needed. The candidate can expect to work outdoors in a mix of weather conditions and be able to perform maintenance duties to ensure employee safety during inclement weather by removing debris, snow and ice from communal walkways and parking lots.

The position would be part-time and could turn to a full-time position. High school degree or equivalent educational experience * Previous experience in landscaping is a plus * Must pass a background check * Must be 18 years of age * Able to work independently and as a team * Able to physically stand, bend, squat and lift up to 50 pounds * Attention to detail with the ability to see extra things that need to be done.

Some of the work may include: Laying sod, mowing, plantings, mulching, installing edging, installing lawns (spread topsoil, straw and seed) digging, raking, building walls, paver patios, etc.

This position would also include snow removal in the winter months.
