Welcome to Kismet Gardens LLC, your destination for native plants in Baraga, Michigan! This small nursery specializes in providing a diverse range of native plants that create thriving habitats for beneficial insects and butterflies, featuring early-, mid-, and late-season nectar plants. Help them celebrate another thriving season of native plant sharing with our precious pollinators!

The plants Kismet Gardens will be bringing are second-season rootstock. Most native plants take two to three years before they bloom. Many of these should be blooming by the end of the season. All of these plants are perennials, offering years of nourishment for our pollinators.

Get your fairy wings, mushroom hats, or whatever fanciful dress you can imagine ready! Enter the fairytale world of the Flower Moon Spring Market! Guests will wander between indoor and outdoor stalls brimming with handcrafted treasures, seasonal treats, art, tea, tarot, flowers, and more. The market features picnic space, live music, trinket trading, activities, craft demonstrations, and more. Whimsical attire strongly encouraged but not required.

I found this little guy on a Blue Vervain blooming in the greenhouse yesterday.
School begins for me next week, so please call before coming out to the greenhouse.
