After arriving on site and inspecting the water heater, we determined the unit was operating properly. The real issue turned out to be a floor drain backing up, causing water to spread across the basement.

To help the homeowner get the problem resolved quickly, we provided them with a trusted local drain company to come out and snake the drain.

We were glad to assist the homeowner by diagnosing the issue correctly and guiding them to the right solution.
