This roof has actually THREE addresses all pulled together and underneath this one roof.

Each of the three roofs had terrible damage, they had flat roofing material ripped right off, underlayment damage and so much pooling of water that it destroyed multiple ceilings and rooms in ALL 3 homes.

In order to make sure this roof was flawlessly done and water tight with no future problems, all three homes had to agree to get this roof done all at the same time and what an amazing job the roof crew did.

NewDay always takes pride in the work we do, but this one really pulled at our heartstrings.

This homeowner is bed ridden so we could only see SOME of the damage from the attic, due to the attic being full from the full floor to the ceiling, so it was hard to see the level of damage there really was.
This home was an escalation with the amount of leaks that were active, so NewDay went to work.

We knew from previous inspection that two rafters were compromised and cracked but once we started to replace plywood, we realized that there were over 5 rafters that needed to be sistered. Two were completely cracked through and through. We repaired those from the outside in.

Homeowner is insanely grateful that we were able to compromise, work along side of all of his concerns, changing the way we do things and get it done for him all in one day!
