NewDay always takes pride in the work we do, but this one really pulled at our heartstrings.

This homeowner is bed ridden so we could only see SOME of the damage from the attic, due to the attic being full from the full floor to the ceiling, so it was hard to see the level of damage there really was.
This home was an escalation with the amount of leaks that were active, so NewDay went to work.

We knew from previous inspection that two rafters were compromised and cracked but once we started to replace plywood, we realized that there were over 5 rafters that needed to be sistered. Two were completely cracked through and through. We repaired those from the outside in.

Homeowner is insanely grateful that we were able to compromise, work along side of all of his concerns, changing the way we do things and get it done for him all in one day!

30 sq roof in Lanoka Harbor from Friday!

This roof looked in bad shape but we did not know what was to come until we started taking off the shingles and underlayment.

An entire rafter was deteriorated and falling apart, hindering the stability and integrity of the roof.

Our team jumped right into action replacing and reconstructing the beam and replacing the plywood around the area!

Homeowner was so grateful we caught it and fixed what was needed! Another Homeowner that loves their roof!

SOLAR AND HOW NEW DAY CAN HELP-

We hear it all the timeโ€ฆ
Homeowners want to get a new roof or they have roof damage and need to make spot repairs, but they have solar panels and most roofers will not take โ€œtouchโ€ those panels.

And rightfully so! If those contractors/roofing teams are not connected with those solar companies, pushing any repairs through to quickly get them done while having to remove any solar equipment and panels in the process, will put you in breach of your contract and will void any warranties.

But NEW DAY is a certified contractor with multiple solar companies which allows us to contact those companies and get authorization to remove and reinstall any solar equipment/panels while keeping your original warranty!
