replaced some rotted cedar clapboard on LBI home and stained.

This job in LBI was some fairly decent damage from water. Removed cedar facia and cedar clapboard siding in affected areas. Installed new cedar and stained to finish.

This job in LBI consisted of removing some old rotted top rail cap. It was replaced and the customer was very happy 😉

Todays task was to replace a rotten 2x8x let’s call it 17 ‘ feet long. Rot was caused by water finding its way in behind crown detail over top of door . Removed aluminum trim , removed old rotten beam , installed new 2x8 and reinstalled old aluminum trim pieces. Main beam was slightly water stained but still solid and level so no need at this time to replace.

This job is in a home in ship bottom. This is a hidden iron board (recessed in the wall) that was in the kitchen area of the home. Homeowner wanted it removed and reinstalled in the living room wall. Home is approximately 90 years old. Iron board is as old as home.
