When your new tub weighs 260 lbs, no place to grab, costs $7k and is 34" wide with a narrow set of switch back stairs you have to get creative! Great works fellas!

We are well underway on a really fun project at a horse farm in Labadie, MO. We are converting an old coffee shop into an accessory dwelling unit for the homeowners aging parents with a big ol' covered patio. Stay tuned to follow the progress! And yes this heat has been brutal!

We finished this Richmond Heights addition and second floor remodel a while ago and never posted pictures. So here is a big ol' photo dump of the progress from beginning to end. This was a really fun and challenging project with some seriously incredible clients! Many thanks to all The Coffey Shop folks and subs that spent countless hours to make it happen!

Photo dump of a second story addition we are building in Richmond Heights for some really fun clients! This is the first time we have ever had to build an addition over an existing sunroom, but we got it figured out thanks to our awesome architect and engineer! We are about 2.5 months in on this one. A very narrow street, driveway and a hundred year old house have slowed us down a bit, but the clients are happy with the progress so far and so are we!
