This customer wanted the back door to the basement removed. There was SO MUCH rot.
I had to reframe the bottom half of the wall and I had to get a little creative with flashing that old rock foundation to the left. The amount of gnarly spiders that lived along that old rock foundation was like something from a horror movie.

Post Op update.
Been almost 2 weeks. I’m walking with a cane.
I can bend it about 86 degrees but it’s a bit painful to do so. I’m hoping to get as much mobility as possible but at this point it feels like prob 100 degrees will be about what I end up with. Anyone out there that has gone through a total knee replacement have any advice or wants to drop a bit of your experience I’d appreciate it.

About to tackle this disaster. I’ll be installing a much larger copper pan and I’m gonna build up the bottom of the cricket so the water actually escapes. Like it should.
