That's was one persistent squirrel. I've seen them eat through or manipulate the lead flashing so they can access the sometimes very wide gap between the roof deck & chimney and chew some of the sheething or framing so the little critters can fit. Never have I seen a squirrel just chew a hole through the roofing and the sheathing. The little $h¡t even knew where to place it's hole.dead center of the rafter bay

Outdoor Shower we completed a week or 2 ago, for our new customer Donna in Centerville!

Her foundation wasnt like a regular one, so we had to put a drainage system to get the water away from the house. Before we started, she chose to save some $ and not do the azek wrap around the bottom, but may do it at a later time. She was a great customer to work for, and has more work for us in the future!!

Chase Doggy Dog is working the graveyard shift with dad. Installing a new sink vanity and some Beadboard at a couple very good friend's restaurant, Longfellow's Pub here on Cape Cod in Yarmouth Massachusetts. The father handed the reins over to his younger son (both very great men in their own right)... These opertunities, like taking one of my 4 sons to work on a Friday night, just us & me passing on what i know to them, or being able to be there for a family that Vic and I consider a blessing.

I mocked up the deck frame so I don't have to think to much regarding post and hole placement. Just have to square the box and brace it, then I'll be ready to fire up my auger.
